QUESTIONNAIRE



Now that you're booked in I will send you the link to complete your questionnaire. Your answers will help me to get a better understanding of what you are after and plan everything perfectly for your photoshoot. 

PLANNING SESSION

We will set up a 30 minute meeting via ZOOM prior to your photoshoot to discuss locations, wardrobe, props etc. We can brainstorm ideas together. Feel free to show me any Pinterest mood boards you have created for your photoshoot, as well as any other inspiration you have. I want to hear your vision so I can help bring it to life. I’ll also ask a few questions to help me get a better understanding of your business and your brand, so I can best plan your dream session!

LOCATION

Here in Canberra we are spoilt for choice when it comes to suitable locations for your session. You can also consider locations nearby or in another state, however please note travel fees will apply. We will discuss and decide upon a location that best suits your needs during your Planning Session.

• Outdoors (nature, architecture)

• Urban setting (café, city, walls, murals)

• In-home (living room, kitchen, bedroom, home office, veranda, garden)

• Office space

• Accommodation (Hotel, AirBnB)

• Venue (function space, bar/restaurant)

Think about what your average day looks like. Where do you go and who do you meet? Do you work in an office, at a café, co-working space, on location, outdoors, or in a studio? Remember that you want to give people a look at a typical day in your life, so let’s create a series of photos that clearly tell that story. Always opt for locations with as much natural light as possible, as this makes for the best photos. 

WHAT TO WEAR

For photos, solid colours work best, so please try to avoid any patterns or logos which will distract from your lovely self. Your outfit will make a huge difference to your photos so choose something that suits your personality and your brand. What you usually wear to work is a great option (unless you work from home and its business up the top and party down the bottom with PJ’s and fluffy slippers – but hey, maybe that’s very on-brand for you!). Feel free to add a pop of colour or two, and remember to accessorize! You can also choose a variety of other outfits to suit the archetypes we will be capturing – for example, if you would like Lifestyle photos showing what you get up to on the weekends, perhaps a yoga mat and activewear would be perfect!

PROPS

You are welcome to bring along any props that you would like to incorporate into your photoshoot to help tell your brand story. Let me know in advance what you plan to bring. We can absolutely get a photo of you working on your laptop, but try to think beyond that. I have now sent you my 50 Prop Ideas To Elevate Your Personal Branding Photoshoot. You'll find this in my You're All Booked In! email.
